Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility:
  • This giveaway is open to Australian residents only, aged 18 years or older.
  • Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Froothie and Unicorn Superfoods are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry Period:
  • The giveaway begins on 02/10/2024 and ends on 22/10/2024 23:59 AEST. Entries submitted after this period will not be accepted.
3. How to Enter:
  • Participants must enter their name and email address on the giveaway landing page.
  • Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.
4. Prizes:
  • One winner will get the following
    • Optimum 9200A high-speed blender
    • $300 Unicorn Superfoods voucher
5. Winner Selection and Notification:
  • Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
  • The draw will take place within 7 days after the giveaway ends.
  • Winners will be notified via email within 5 days of the draw date.
  • If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, a new winner will be selected.
6. Delivery of Prizes:
  • Prizes will be shipped to the winners' provided addresses within 30 days of accepting the prize.
  • Froothie and Unicorn Superfoods are not responsible for any delays or issues in prize delivery.
7. Data Privacy:
  • By entering this giveaway, participants agree to receive marketing communications from Froothie and Unicorn Superfoods.
  • Personal information collected will be used for the purposes of administering the giveaway and in accordance with Froothie's and Unicorn Superfoods privacy policies.
8. General Conditions:
  • Froothie and Unicorn Superfoods reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway if circumstances arise outside of their control.
  • Any attempt to manipulate the entry process or results may result in disqualification.
  • By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions and the decisions of Froothie and Unicorn Superfoods, which are final and binding in all respects.
9. Limitation of Liability:
  • Froothie and Unicorn Superfoods are not responsible for any technical issues, lost, late, or misdirected entries, or any other issues that may affect the entry process.
  • By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Froothie and Unicorn Superfoods from any liability, injury, or damage resulting from participation in the giveaway or the acceptance and use of any prize.
10. Governing Law:
  • This giveaway is governed by the laws of Australia, and participants agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
