Thermocook Birthday Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:
This giveaway is open to Australian residents only, aged 18 years or older. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Froothie are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Period:
The giveaway begins on 28th August 2026 and ends on 21st September 2026 at 23:59 AEST. Entries submitted outside of this period will not be accepted.

3. How to Enter:

• Entrants must complete and submit the entry form via the pop-up modal on the official promotion landing page (https://froothie.com.au/pages/thermocook-birthday).
• Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries using different email addresses from the same individual will result in disqualification.

4. Prize Details & Fulfilment Mechanics:

• Standard Prize: One (1) winner will receive a Thermocook Pro M 3.0 10'' valued at $1,699 AUD.
• Purchase Refund Option ("Win Your Purchase Back"): If the drawn winner purchased a Thermocook Pro M 3.0 10'' directly from Froothie Australia during the entry period (28th August 2026 – 21st September 2026) AND registered their entry via the promotion landing page, they will receive a full refund of their purchase price instead of receiving a second physical appliance unit.

Note: The refund mechanic strictly applies only to purchases of the Thermocook Pro M 3.0 made within the promotional period, provided the purchaser signed up on the giveaway page. (If the customer purchased a unit with extras/bundles, the refund will only be issued for the main unit). General product orders or purchases outside the promotional window do not qualify.

5. Winner Selection & Notification:

• The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible registered entries within seven (7) days following the close of the promotional period.
• The winner draw will take place live during a dedicated Thermocook Live Session.
• Official notification will be sent to the winner’s provided email address within 24 hours of the live draw.
• If the selected winner does not respond to claim the prize within seven (7) days of email notification, an unclaimed prize redraw will take place.

6. Prize Delivery:

• If the winner claims the physical appliance, it will be shipped to their provided Australian delivery address within 30 days of prize claim confirmation.
• If the winner qualifies for the purchase refund option, the refund will be processed via their original payment method within 14 business days of verification.

7. Data Privacy:
By entering this giveaway, participants agree to receive promotional and marketing communications from Froothie. Personal information collected will be used solely for giveaway administration and marketing purposes in accordance with Froothie’s Privacy Policy. Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

8. General Conditions:

• Froothie reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway if technical failures, fraud, or circumstances beyond reasonable control compromise the integrity of the promotion.
• Any attempt to manipulate or automate entries will lead to immediate disqualification.
• By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions. All decisions made by Froothie regarding the promotion are final and binding.

9. Limitation of Liability:
Froothie is not responsible for technical glitches, lost internet connections, or late/misdirected form submissions. Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Froothie from any liability, loss, or damage arising directly or indirectly from participation or prize usage.

10. Governing Law:
This giveaway is governed by the laws of Australia, and participants submit to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.

FROOTHIE THERMOCOOK 10-YEAR ANNIVERSARY 3 JUGS GIVEAWAY

1. Promoter

The promoter is Athena Solutions Pty Ltd t/a Froothie Australia (“Promoter”), with its principal place of business in Australia.

2. Eligibility

• Entry is open to legal residents of Australia aged 18 years or older who own a Thermocook appliance.

• Employees, officers, and contractors of Froothie Australia, including their immediate family members, are ineligible to enter.

• The promotion is subject to all applicable Australian federal, state, and territory laws and regulations.

3. Promotional Period

• Entries Open: Upon publication of the official promotion post.

• Entries Close: September 16, 2026, at 11:59 PM AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time).

• Late, incomplete, or corrupt entries will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

To enter, eligible individuals must complete the prompt below using either Entry Method A or Entry Method B during the Promotional Period:

• Prompt Statement:* Record a short video completing the sentence:

  “I’ve owned my Thermocook for [X] years/months, and my favourite thing about it is [Your Answer]…”

• Entry Method A (Social Media): Post your video directly in the comments section of the official Froothie Australia giveaway post.

• Entry Method B (Submission Form): Upload and submit your video via the official Froothie online competition submission form.

Limit of one (1) entry per person across all submission methods. Duplicate entries from the same individual will be disqualified.

5. Prize Details and Value

• Prizes: Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) Thermocook Pro M 3.0 3L Jug.

• Individual Prize Value: Valued at AUD $270.

• Total Prize Pool: AUD $810.

• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be taken as cash. Standard Froothie shipping within Australia applies.

6. Winner Selection and Announcement

• Selection: Winners will be selected from all valid entries received across both social media comments and form submissions during the Promotional Period.

• Announcement: Winners will be announced during a Live session on September 17, 2026.

• Notification: Winners will be notified via comment reply, direct message, or email (depending on the entry method used). If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to re-allocate the prize.

7. Intellectual Property & Marketing Consent

• By submitting a video entry via social media or the submission form, entrants grant Froothie Australia a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, publish, re-format, distribute, and display the video (and audio content) in marketing, advertising, social media, and promotional material across any media channels.

• Entrants warrant that the video is their original work and does not violate any copyright, privacy, or third-party rights.

8. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other applicable Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

9. Social Media Platform Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, or any other social network on which the competition is hosted. Entrants release all hosting platforms from any liability associated with this promotion.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with Froothie Australia’s Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Personal details are used solely for the administration of this giveaway and prize fulfillment unless consent is provided for general marketing.
