Important Notice: Christmas Delivery Cut-off Times

As the festive season approaches, we want to ensure you have all the information you need for a seamless Christmas shopping experience with Froothie.

Standard Shipping: For guaranteed delivery before Christmas (in most states), please place your order by the 19th of December (10am). Orders placed before 10 am are typically dispatched the same day, while those after 10 am will be sent out the following day.

Express Shipping: For those who prefer express delivery, we offer this option at checkout. The cut-off time for express post orders is the 22nd of December (excluding WA and NT).

Important Note: It's crucial to keep in mind that these dates are provided by Australia Post and apply to items posted to metro locations.
For delivery to locations outside metro areas, we recommend placing your order even earlier to ensure timely delivery.

Delivery times are known to vary from time to time and delivery times are not guaranteed, orders placed before 10am will typically be dispatched same day. For deliveries to Remote areas, Western Australia, Northern Territory and Far North Queensland delivery can take up to 10 Business Days but are usually quicker.

This is our only service for PO Boxes, AusPost operates the postal box network so we must use them.

All express shipping orders are packed and sent out ASAP via AusPost. 

Nonetheless, your parcel is sure to be delivered sooner than it would be via Standard Shipping. We appreciate your patience and understanding!
