 Ingredients:

- 1/2 Avocado
- 1/3 Bell pepper
- 1/3 Green pepper
- 1/4 Fennel
- 1/4 Cucumber
- 1/4 Apple
- 1-2 Dried dates
- 1/2 cup blueberries (frozen)
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- Squeeze of lemon
- 100 ml water (add more for desired consistency)

Instructions:
1. Place all the ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Adjust the consistency by adding more water if needed.
4. Pour into a glass and enjoy your refreshing and nutritious smoothie!

 

🧡 Tasty Tuesday Treat - Healthy Strawberry and Cream Protein Smoothie

Treat yourself to a delightful strawberry and cream protein smoothie. Ideal for a nutritious breakfast or a satisfying post-workout snack, this smoothie is as delicious as it is healthy.

 

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup strawberries (frozen is best)
  • 1 scoop strawberry thick shake protein
  • 1 tsp reds powder (plus more for glass decorating)
  • 1 tbsp strawberry protein yogurt
  • 1 tsp xanthan gum
  • Water
Instructions:
1. Start by spreading some yogurt around the edges of your glass and sprinkle over some reds powder to give it a “cloud-like” effect. This part is optional but adds a nice touch.
2. Set the glass aside. Add all the ingredients to the smoothie maker, G2.6 slim best blender. Blend until you reach your desired consistency. The xanthan gum will make your smoothie super thick and creamy, so I recommend adding it.
3. Pour the smoothie into the decorated glass and enjoy immediately.

This vibrant bowl is packed with fresh fruits and colourful toppings, delivering a tasty and nutritious boost to your day. It’s the perfect way to enjoy a delightful and healthy break right in the middle of your week.

Ingredients:

- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 2 tbsp protein powder
- Almond milk, as required

Suggested Toppings:
- Dragonfruit, sliced
- Raspberries
- Blueberries
- Strawberries, sliced
- Protein crisps
- Desiccated coconut

How to Make the Smoothie Bowl:
1. In a blender, combine the frozen strawberries, frozen raspberries, and protein powder.
2. Add 2 tbsp of almond milk and blend until smooth. Gradually add more almond milk, 1-2 tbsp at a time, and continue blending in your mini blender until you achieve your desired creamy consistency.
3. Pour the blended mixture into a serving bowl.
4. Top the smoothie bowl with fresh fruit slices and your preferred toppings, such as dragonfruit, raspberries, blueberries, protein crisps, and desiccated coconut.

- 1 large banana
- 1 cup of milk (your choice)

- 1 scoop of collagen powder

Instructions:
1. Peel the banana and place it in your commercial blender Optimum 9400X.
2. Add the milk of your choice. You can use dairy milk, almond milk, or any other milk substitute you prefer.
3. Toss in the cacao or cocoa powder for that rich chocolatey flavor.
4. Measure out and add the cashews to the mix.
5. Finally, scoop in the collagen powder for that extra nutritional boost.
6. Blend all the ingredients together in your Optimum 9400X powerful blender until smooth and creamy.

 Ingredients:
- 4 limes or lemons
- 80 g fresh ginger
- 80 g fresh turmeric
- 2 medium oranges
- Optional: cloves & star anise for added flavour

Instructions:

1. Begin by thoroughly washing all the fruits. Peel the limes or lemons, oranges, ginger, and turmeric.
2. Roughly chop all the peeled ingredients to fit your cold press juicer.
3. Juice these ingredients until you have extracted as much liquid as possible.
4. Pour the fresh juice into ice cube trays. If you like, add a few cloves and star anise into each compartment for a hint of spice.
5. Place the trays in the freezer until the juice is fully frozen.
6. To use, simply place a cube in a glass and pour hot (not boiling) water over it. The warm water helps preserve the vitamins and minerals in the juice, making for a soothing and healthful drink.
